In this video released by the U.S. Coast Guard, a Disaster Area Response Team (DART) deploys flood punts to conduct an area familiarization patrol along the Red River in Valley City, N.D., Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
The DART augments several airboat teams from the Coast Guard and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service assisting flood-prone communities in the vicinity of the Red River.
